The Foundry Vibrating Tables are designed to settle and compact dry bulk materials in various types of containers. Their application provides either a sizeable increase in the net weight of the container or reducing in the container size with subsequent savings in shipping and storage space. Vibrating Tables are available in two types Electromagnetic & Electromechanical. The choice of the proper type and model depends upon the application, characteristics of the material or objects being handled, its reaction to vibration, the maximum weight to be handled and the type of container.

 

The vibration table mainly consists of a bracket, table vibration mechanism and shock absorption mechanism. At the same time, because it can do horizontal, vertical, up and down movements, it is named three vibration platform.

 

This Series of foundry vibration table is mainly used for the molding of resin sand and lost foam, and the sand is fully compacted and filled with the mold by the vibration motor with the vibration of the motive body.

The vibration table can be combined with a roller conveyor to form a production line.
