Electric furnace vibratory charging feeder is a vibratory charging device specially designed and developed for smelting electric furnace.
The electric furnace feeder adopts vibration feeding mode, easy to use, stable feeding, can reduce the impact of the material block to the furnace body to a minimum, and feeding more in line with the technical requirements.
ZJ-N series electric furnace feeding car can be divided into one-way straight type and two-way straight type according to the different walking directions.
One-way straight line type, each furnace with a feeding car.
Two-way straight type, a feeding car can meet the needs of multiple electric furnace feeding, feeding car can be transverse, longitudinal movement.
Technical characteristics of electric furnace feeder are as follows:
1) Car body and tank are replaceable wear-resisting lining plates
2) The feeding process of the electric furnace feeder is controlled by a program controller. The program control and the electric furnace melting system are interlocking control systems, with manual and automatic functions.
3) The electric furnace feeder starts and stops without step speed regulation function.
