Continuous Tilting Rotary Drum Type Shot Blasting Machine for Small Metal Pieces using the unique roller shake structure, in the shot blasting projecting, the drum can not only rotate ,but also up and down shake, so the tube inside the workpiece without an omission to be stirred, steel balls are uniform projection, to achieve uniform treatment effect.
Characteristic
1.The machine adopt the straight association-like shot blasting machine, has the characteristics of long service life, simple structure.
2. Use BE type separator, good separation effect and higher productivity, to improve the blade life have a positive effect.
3. Uses the bag filter, dust emission concentration lower than the standards stipulated by the state, to improve the workers' labor environment.
4. Uses the steel plate drum, reduces the workpiece collisions, damage phenomenon, reduces the noise in the machine.
