The single arm resin sand mixer has short structure and small working area.It is only suitable for small sand box molding and small casting volume.

Electric adopts imported PLC control, stable and reliable work, to achieve automatic production.

1.agglomerant system adopt electric variable diaphragm pump,light weight,compact size,the flow is stable and reliable.

2.sand mixed system of uniform,effectively ensure the shape(core system) quality.

3.sand short time,without a head,tail sand,down the back of clean material.wide-open cage-type wall of sand up for leaf clean-up or adjustment,to facilitate the operation and maintenance.

4. mixer entrance need to be configured according to the production of the proportion of old and new sand regulator,accurate control of the old and the new volume of sand and the proportion of sand,sand transfer process can be a good proportion of pre-selection and change.

1. Mixing outputs range from 3T per hour to 12T per hour, ideal for smaller foundries and catering for a number of individual customer requirements.

 

2. The split tube mixing trough and removable shaft ensure the system is easily maintained for greater longevity.

 

3. The pivotal mixer can be supplied with either the BASIC panel which excludes a PLC and has manually adjustable pumps. Or we can offer the PLUS panel which includes a PLC and all of the latest features automatic modes.
