(1) Purpose

QH-HXP-Y series recycling and recycling sandblasting machine is a new recycling and environment-friendly sandblasting machine designed by our company, which is widely used for rust removal and surface strengthening of steel structure surface in industries such as nuclear power, machinery, ships, bridges, railways, petroleum pipelines, boilers and port construction, as well as surface carving and decorative spray treatment of metal, glass, stone, etc. This sandblasting equipment is powered by compressed air and uses corundum and steel shot abrasives as the medium to remove rust and beautify the surface of workpieces. It has a wide range of uses and can process various materials with different effects. (2) Equipment characteristics

1. The fundamental difference between this sandblasting machine and traditional open sandblasting machines is that it can be automatically recycled, and sandblasting and recycling can be carried out simultaneously. By using a specially designed spray gun recycling head, the sprayed sand and polished dust can be recycled together, and then processed to make the sand return to the sand tank for reuse. The dust is recycled into a dust bucket, and the use of this machine can avoid the pollution of dust to the environment and the harm to workers' health.

2. The equipment adopts a new sand material recycling system with an ultra long recycling radius, and the sandblasting operation can reach up to 80 meters in half. The operation noise is low and the impact on the surrounding environment is small.

3. The use of this machine does not require additional ventilation equipment or a dedicated sandblasting room, and can be directly placed on the production site. It adopts a movable car type frame, which is flexible and mobile, saving production area and reducing investment.

4. The sandblasting machine is equipped with a dedicated material pneumatic sand valve, which can ensure that the air flow and abrasive flow can be moistened, thus achieving the most reasonable air material mixing ratio for sandblasting, improving work efficiency and quality.

The machine is also equipped with a filter self-cleaning device, which is convenient, time-saving, and labor-saving to use.
