The resin sand mixer is mainly composed of low-speed sand mixing cage, high-speed sand mixing cage, base, sand hopper, liquid material conveying system, air pipe system, electric control operating system and sand quantitative system. In the process of use, when there is any change, the machine should stop and adjust the Angle.Because resin sand mixer takes curing agent as hardening agent, and curing agent is a kind of weak acid, which has corrosiveness to a certain extent, it is necessary to take protective measures in the process of adding.Resin sand mixer used for conveying curing agent metering pump also requires strong corrosion resistance, it isrecommended to use Italy OBL original mechanical diaphragm pump.
Main Features resin foundry sand mixer:
1) The two-arm continuous resin (sand) sand mixer is a single sand mixer. The machine is composed of a primary conveying agitator and a secondary sand mixing agitator.Low speed conveyor is adopted for the agitator, and high speed mixing is adopted for the agitator.
2) The mixing cage is made of fully open cemented carbide welded on sand mixing blades with a service life of over 2000 hours.
3) The liquid material is transported by mechanical diaphragm metering pump imported from Italy to transport curing agent (curing agent pump), and gear pump (with stepless variable speed motor) to transport resin, or according to the user's requirements all choose imported gear pump for transport.
4) The mixed sand head tailings are very small, and the electrical control system is controlled by imported PLC to ensure 100% operation rate of the machine.
5) Liquid material conveying valve (commonly known as proximal control valve) can be selected anti-corrosion liquid material reversing valve (backflow valve), the valve can do stop pump, sand mixer working valve in the working position when not working hit the backflow position, then work again hit the working position, to solve the problem of too much tailings when frequently open the pump head.
The liquid material is sprayed into a fan-shaped fog belt by compressed air, making it easier for the binder to mix with sand quickly and evenly. You can also choose the back blowing valve with the back blowing function.
