Coated sand production line Coated sand refers to molding sand or core sand whose surface is covered with a layer of cured resin film before molding. The hot coated sand is prepared by preheating sand to a certain temperature, adding resin to melt it, stirring to coat the resin on the sand surface, adding urotropine aqueous solution and lubricant, cooling, crushing and sieving. Used for steel castings and iron castings. The production process of hot-rolled coated sand production line is briefly described as follows: raw sand is lifted to a new sand bucket by a hoist, and then enters a heater for heating after being quantified; When the temperature meets the requirements, it is unloaded into the sand mixer and the resin is added manually. After film coating is finished, the water solution of urotropine as curing agent is automatically sprayed, and then calcium stearate as isolating agent is added. After automatic blowing, cooling and crushing, it is unloaded into a cooling screen, and after coarse screening, cooling and fine screening, it is lifted to a secondary cooling sand bucket for cooling again, so that the coated sand can be directly bagged. The coated sand produced by the hot coated sand production line has the characteristics of good fluidity, good heat resistance, good wear resistance and good fire resistance, so the castings made from it also have the advantages of high strength, high temperature resistance, low expansion and good processing effect.

After the coating is completed, start to spray the curing agent urotropine aqueous solution. Then add the release agent calcium stearate, automatically blow, cool, and crush, and then unload it into the cooling screen. After coarse screening, cooling, and fine screening, it is lifted to the secondary cooling sand hopper and cooled again, and it can be directly bagged. Film sand. The thermal coated sand production line has the characteristics of good fluidity, good wear resistance, good fire resistance, and good heat resistance. Therefore, the castings produced also have the advantages of high strength, high temperature resistance, low expansion, and good processing effects.
