1.Roller conveyor

The roller table is divided into indoor conveying roller table and loading and unloading section conveying roller table (frequency control). The high chromium wear - resistant sleeve is used to protect the roller table from projectile attack.

2.Cleaning Chamber

The cleaning room is of large capacity chamber type box structure, and the wall inside the chamber is lined with special wear-resistant protective plate. The cleaning work is carried out in a closed capacity chamber

3.elevator

The bucket elevator consists of cycloidal needle wheel reducer, upper and lower rollers, conveyor belt, hopper, closed barrel, check device and tensioning device.

4.Separator

7.Dust removal system

It is equipped with a pulse blowing back cartridge filter dust collector, which is composed of shell, filter barrel, pulse control instrument, fan and pipe, etc.Dust is discharged in the upper air after being treated by a dust collector, with the emission concentration ≤120mg/m3.
