1, wear protective goggles and other protective equipment;
2, check the core shooter and ventilation device to ensure that they are in good condition;
3. Check the core box, sand shooting board, sand shooting head, sand shooting cylinder, gate plate and other tooling facilities to ensure that they are clean and intact, and the mutual assembly must be firm and reliable;
4. Before turning on the power and heating, turn on the water source of the water-cooled sand shooting board, and check the heating device and related electrical facilities to ensure reliability;
5. Before driving, turn on the ventilation device and release the water in the air storage bag at the same time, then turn on the air source, test the car without load, and make sure that the operation is normal before use;
6. It is strictly forbidden to touch the core box with hands during operation to prevent injuries and pinch fingers;
7. Ensure that the sand-shooting barrel has enough core sand (generally not less than 2/3 of the volume of the sand-shooting barrel) before shooting sand, and it is strictly forbidden to shoot without sand;
8. When shooting sand, the operator should avoid the sub-box surface to separate the boxes to prevent the sub-box surface from being badly sealed by sandblasting and hurting people;
9. When taking the sand core from the core box and piercing the sand hole on the sand shooting board, wear gloves to prevent burning your hands. Sand cores taken out of the core box should be stacked neatly to prevent collapse;
10. After the work is completed, it is necessary to clean up the sand shooting barrel, sand head and sand bucket in time, clean the core box and core shooting machine, and clean the work site to ensure that the work site is tidy.
