1. It is strictly prohibited to directly mix resin and curing agent, otherwise it will cause explosion and other accidents due to rapid reaction.

2, do not mix sand for a long time, otherwise it will exceed its usable time to reduce its strength.

3, do not use part of the sand curing agent, part of the sand mixed with furan resin, after burning the two parts will be mixed into the sand method

4, do not mix the curing agent and sand after stacked, to be used, and then mixed with resin.

5, environmental temperature and humidity: hardening speed with the increase of environmental researchers and speed up, can be used time is also reduced.

The ideal ambient temperature is generally 20-30 degrees, the general temperature is high, the initial strength and the final strength are also high, and the starting time can be shortened.But when the ambient temperature and humidity greatly affect the reaction.Reduce the initial strength, also reduce the final strength.Humidity 50% good, less than 40% curing fast, type 40 degrees of initial strength with good, but the final strength is lower than 15 degrees.Hardening reaction is a condensation reaction, so the environmental core is easy to drop sand, more than 60% curing is slow.Therefore, according to the change of temperature and humidity, it is necessary to adjust the amount of curing agent.When the sand temperature is below 35 degrees, improve the sand temperature, not only fast hardening, but also high final strength, but more than 40 degrees of sand, so that the sand can be used too much time shortened, final strength and surface stability will also reduce.Sand temperature below 5 degrees, it is difficult to harden.For this reason, the sand before mixing grinding is pre-temperatured. Especially in the case of reuse of old sand, the temperature of old sand after regeneration can still reach about 90 degrees. After passing through the sand cooling device, the sand temperature can be reduced to below 35 degrees for use.
