S24series single arm sand mixer
The mixing arm has a frame structure supporting two half shells, which form the mixing tube. These are split length-ways and are hinged at a single point behind the sand inlet. This opening arrangement gives easy access to the mixing shaft and blades for maintenance and cleaning. The mixing tube may be fitted with are movable wear lining (optional). It has a mixer shaft with removable/interchangeable forged steel blades with tungsten carbide plates on every wear face.

Qingdao Bestech is located in the beautiful seaside city of Qingdao, 30km from Qingdao port, which is very convenient for transportation. It is a research, design, manufacture, installation and commissioning advisory services as one integrated manufacturing machinery and equipment companies. The company has brought together a wealth of experience in the technical and professional workers, We mainly produces foundry machinery and equipment (sand molding machines, core shooter, sand mixer machine, green sand & resin sand casting production line, shot blasting machine and dust collector etc.
Our company covers an area more than 10000 sqm, with about 70 workers including 8 engineers. The production facility including CNC machining equipment, shearing machines, bending machines, welding robots, balance checking equipment and noise testing equipment, heavy duty forklift and cranes.
All our machines are designed by 3D software Solidworks, which reduces the error to the bottom line and improves precision. All machines will be set up in our factory first, and test the motor and movement parts separately before shipment.
