The machine is equipped with a sand core conveyor that can be lifted up and down. After the sand core is solidified, the fixed template will automatically turn over 90° to push the sand core out to the conveyor and send it to the outside of the machine. There is no need to manually reach into the inside of the equipment to take the core, and the safety is higher.Equipped with photoelectric material level meter, accurate control of the sand inside the sand cylinder, can avoid the sand overflow caused by sand shooting when the phenomenon of leakage and waste products.The machine has quick-change-type sand shooting plate, safety light curtain, screen and other optional devices to improve work efficiency and operation safety, customers can choose according to their needs
