Cast Steel Shot

Cast steel pellets are made of high quality steel fragments. First, they are dissolved, and then the molten steel is formed into a small ball by high pressure water injection. The formed pellets are heated again to purify the homogenization and then quenched.The quenched pellets are dried in the furnace and reheated and tempered to achieve proper hardness. The tempered steel pellets are sorted into 11 grades in accordance with SAE standard through mechanical screen for use in shot blasting equipment.Products with different particle size and hardness are used in different processes, such as surface .
