Appropriate for phenolic resin coated sand to produce sand core or moulding sand by electricity or gas heating curing, high strengthening, good brightness;

 PLC control, LCD parameters setting, process display and fault diagnosis; manual/automatic/inching control, automatic digital display temperature control;

 Horizontal parting, 2~6 opening moulds models, multidirectional side pumping, sand shooting head cleaning and moving out automatically, automatic sand feeding,

 Upper sand core stripping unit ensures that sand core stay inside lower template. The lower template and sand core moves out and then take out sand core, no need for core pickup trolley;

 High frequency quenching hard chromium plating guide shaft, high clamping precision, long service life;

multi-directional slide core-pulling unit;

Sand barrel and amine barrel horizontal and vertical motion precision guide, high precision, accurate localization;

Equipped with buffering unit, make no impact on fast movement, long service life and improve production efficiency;
